Everyone, office, estimator (Fred), installers was very professional. We were very happy choosing them, 1, Very accommodating arranging estimate. 2. Even challenging areas were not a problem. 3. Called day before to confirm service provider names. 4. Called after to make sure we were satisfied. 5. Everything was kept very neat. 6. Insisted on replacing screen that had small amount of foam on it.

March and Martin did an amazing job of applying a closed cell spray foam insulation to the underside of an existing roof in a finished home.  The house is a mid-century modern design with no attic, so the affected ceiling was directly in the living area.  The ceiling had moisture and mold issues and was removed by others, exposing the 8" joists and underside of roof.  March and Martin came in and carefully taped poly sheeting throughout the entire top floor of the house--walls and floors--such that there was no over-spray on any surface when they were done.  They completed the project in a week, while the family had vacated the premises.  The 2-3 workers per day were punctual, worked carefully, and left the house spotless when complete (the shavings from the ceiling over-spray make a mess).  The scheduler in the office communicated with the homeowner prior to the project to make sure the project proceeded as planned and promptly returned calls.  March and Martin was also much more competitively priced than another firm I had also quote the job.  I would highly recommend March and Martin for any insulation project.

Everyone there was excellent and very responsive. Great pricing. The installers arrived right on time and did a very thorough and professional job. Good clean up and good communication throughout the install (I was home for it). Insulation was sprayed on underside of roof from knee wall to ridge, knee walls, gable walls, and under the floor (from the 1st floor). Where desired, the foam was trimmed flush with strapping. Room is airtight now and maintains temp very well.

March & Martin were professional in explaining the process and answered all questions upfront.  On the day of the service, the technicians went over every step and addressed all concerns.  When the technicians completed the job we could feel the difference right away since it was on the south side of the house.  The old fiberglass insulation could not create a tight enough seal to keep the roof heat out of the second floor.  I will use March & Martin for all my future spray foam needs.

We are in the process of building a 35 x 36 addition on a home that we renovated over the winter. We were at the point where we needed to have the insulation completed. We did the main house in spray foam insulation last fall and were now at the point that we needed to have this addition insulated. Due to the extremely harsh winter we had, all of the nsulation contractors I called were extremely booked out for weeks just to come out and give an estimate. I got 4 estimates. Price was not my only deciding factor, however March & Martins price was the most reasonable of all 4 and the gentleman they sent out to do the estimate was very professional and courteuos. After reviewing the estimates I decided to use March & Martin. I was told that they could not do the job until October 7th when I called to schedule. I explained my dilemna to Andrea in their office and told her our entire project would be held up until this could be done. We were already months past our estimated date of completion on this project.. Andrea went out of her way and managed to get us scheduled for August 26th. They went the extra mile to help us out. the job was completed in three days and I could not be happier with the quality of the work, the professionalism of the crew and overall performance of the entire company.  My husband is a buildign inspector and has been recommending them for years. Now I see why. We are very satisfied customers, and my husband the inspector is not an easy guy to please. He expects quality work from any contrsctors that we hire, and that is exactly what we got.

We are very happy with their work. Their estimator was very helpful explaining the different types of spray foam, and gave us a quote for all of them. The office was very responsive answering questions and scheduling the work in lieu of our carpenter. The two workers that actually performed the work were also very courteous, and clean everything up upon completing the work. We are very please with them, and intend to use them in the future.

Last winter the monster icicles and potential ice dams on our home convinced me that it was time to improve the attic insulation in our 1992 home.  I initially contacted March & Martin after a strong recommendation from several employees of my HVAC company.  Russ came out to look at the job.  He was thorough, easy to talk with, very knowledgeable, and happy to answer my many detailed questions.  After a rough period of figuring out what was required by our town building inspector, working around vacation schedules of various people involved, and figuring out how to work the building permit process, we finally scheduled the work.  Throughout the process Andrea in the office was unfailingly competent, pleasant, and flexible as we worked it all out.
The work was supposed to take up to three days, probably two, and possibly one.  The first day two installers arrived on time and we discussed exactly how everything would be done.  I was concerned about ensuring that the finished areas of our home not get dirty from the hoses, fans, and walking through the home to get to the attic.  The installers were very easy to work with, satisfied all my concerns, and I felt comfortable leaving our home in their hands.  When I returned later in the day about 2/3 of the foam had been installed.  The next day everything also went well and the work was completed that afternoon.
I got what I expected in every way.  As far as I can tell the foam was properly installed and will perform as promised.  The remaining odor was minimal and less of a problem than I expected, and the finished areas of our home were clean.  Everyone I dealt with from start to finish were competent, friendly, accommodating, and did just what I expected.
The only problem with the whole process was the considerable delay and the effort it took on my part to get everything worked out.  However I think that these problems are attributable to some one-time problems that are not likely to be repeated.  Everyone worked hard and did what they could to resolve issues that wouldn't arise normally.  Consequently I have no hesitation in recommending this company and would definitely use them for future work.

The day was very long and the two-man crew finished at suppertime after arriving around 8 am on time. They prepped and sprayed and cleaned up. The hose had to go in a second floor window and then up to the third floor for the attic, then down to the basement later. They tried to minimize dirt with lots of floor and stair coverings. You have to accept a certain amount of dirt when you do this, I was very satisfied with their clean-up.
A few days later when I was replacing items behind the knee walls I found a hole that had been missed in the attic -- I could see it and feel the cold air -- and they came back promptly to fill it with hand held spray cans. I was not unhappy at finding the hole -- it was hard to get all the spots around the ducts and could see why a small one got missed.
I paid the bill in full and a few days later had an energy audit done with a blower door test and a thermal camera that pinpoints air leaks in your house. I recommend this highly. It was not intended to find any leaks where the foam was sprayed, but for other areas, however I did find cold air coming in there, so I contacted the company again. The owner himself came by and we went over the job. It resulted in another visit by the crew, the hose to the attic for a much shorter visit this time, and more foam being sprayed at no additional expense to me. They had not done a poor job the first time, I am satisfied about that. But attics are complicated, and I had not understood how air flows, even in a new house (8 years old), so I wanted the foam to be in places they don't ordinarily spray. They complied, and I was happy.
The whole idea was to stop my terrible ice dams. We certainly have the snow to see if it works now. So far so good. I would hire them again.
