Founded in 1978 and located in Peabody MA, we are a full service BMW / Mini Cooper repair and service facility. At Louie's BMW we take pride in our attention to detail, quality service, and excellence in our trade, all while giving our customers the greatest value for their money. We believe that owning the ultimate driving machine doesn't mean you have to pay dealer prices for repairs! Our doors are always open and we encourage new or perspective clients to stop by to view our facility and to meet us. This was a complex job and many decisions to be made during the process and Louie's kept us updated and allows us to make informed decisions to keep the repair on track without being exorbitantly priced. We appreciate everything they did to keep the costs in control. It was one of the moments where you have to decide if the repair cost is worth vs. getting a new car and since I wasn't ready to get rid of the car - it was nice to have it fixed and running well. A dealer wanted to charge me 3X the price to do this same repair.

Today, they identified several worn parts on my 1995 750, but instead of just replacing everything, they kept looking and finally found a loose ignition coil connector that was causing the 12 cylinder engine to run on 6.
These guys have kept our 1990s 7 series rolling for ten years at affordable prices. Couldn't have afforded to keep the old BMWs otherwise.
Louie, Maurice and Rob have been able to deal with every complex problem with the exception of the parking sensors, which requires proprietary BMS service equipment.
No, they don't have Kuerig coffee makers, or a fancy lounge, but that is reflected in affordable prices.
They will make coffee or even expresso for you and they do have a good customer wifi.
