Jeff gave me an estimate over the phone.
They came 5 minutes early for the scheduled appointment.
They fixed the door in less than an hour.
The price was the low end of the estimate range I was quoted on the phone.

I found Leblanc's via Angie's List.  I had contacted another company prior after my garage door spring/cable snapped but decided to give this company a call based on their proximity, reviews, and the fact that it was a little smaller shop.  I reached Jeff right away; we talked through the issue, he gave some insight and advice on how to deal with it in the interim, and also gave a ballpark estimate.  Everything sounded reasonable and I liked Jeff's thoroughness on the phone.  He was available to come out within a couple days but I ended up delaying it to the end of the week.  I thought we had agreed on 8AM and called him approaching 8:30 that morning - he was on the way, arrived right at 9:00.  Not sure if the miscommunication on the time was on my end or on his but that was the only minor glitch.  Everything else was great: Jeff and I talked through a plan, he made the repairs quickly and thoroughly, and I feel like he went the extra mile by checking the whole system and even giving some advice on future replacement parts that will be needed (without being pushy).  Jeff was easy to work with and seems to deliver excellent quality at a fair price.  I absolutely recommend him and will be contacting him in the future when it comes time to start replacing the system.

I don’t remember how much I spent on their services.  My overall experience with them was excellent.  They were prompt and courteous.  They were incredibly neat and they swept the garage for me.  They did what they promised and when they promised, and provided excellent quality.  They were neat, clean and all of that.  I would definitely recommend them.  Their price was competitive, even though I don’t remember exactly how much it was.  I will absolutely use them again in the future.

They did a lot of work. I decided to go with them because of their professionalism, their cost and they were very very thorough in how they decided to frame out the garage because it was kind of a tricky garage. We just bought this house. The old garage doors were put in very poorly, so it needed new framing. I liked how they were going to go about the project. The owner came out and he was highly knowledgeable. We ended up having a little snag but they fixed it. They came up with a great idea. They were very inventive and thorough. I would highly recommend them to others. They got the job done right the first time. I don’t have to worry about the doors now. They were responsive. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.
