Landry Home Decorating

I have a family member who is disabled, and spends most of her time in a particular upholstered chair. The seat cushion on that chair these days was not very supportive. Yesterday my relative was out at a doctor's appointment, so I called Landry Home Decorating and spoke with Mary. I explained the situation, and asked if they might have some time either Monday (yesterday) or Weds (when Eleanor would also be away from the house) to put a new insert in the cushion while I waited. Mary checked to see if they had the right materials and enough time to complete the job. Then she said if I wanted to, I could come in right away. So! I snatched the seat cushion off the comfy chair and hopped in the car. Mary arranged for someone to take the cushion and do the work while I waited. I browsed their extensive "library" of upholstery fabric sample books, and before I knew it, the cushion was ready! Really, it couldn't have taken much more than 15 minutes, 20 at the most. I had paid while the cushion was being worked on, so as soon as it was ready, I dashed out the door for home. Luck was with me, I was able to get in and get the cushion back in place before Eleanor made it upstairs and headed for her chair. It was a nice surprise for her. So, thank you to John Landry, and Mary, and the helper who put the new insert into the cushion. You were all friendly, helpful and efficient, and really made my day. I'm attaching a picture of Eleanor in her chair, after the cushion was put back in place. She's a happy camper! Thanks again for helping make this happen.

It was great. They have excellent customer service. The final product is awesome.

Very pleased with results and a fair price. On delivery the owner noticed something he was not happy with. He took the item back to the shop and had it corrected. Strongly recommend.

The finished sofa is beautiful; he picked it up and  brought  the sofa back in a timely fashion. We are very pleased with the result. I will use John Landry's company again for any future decorating projects.
 

Landry repaired on site the hanging buttons on my sofa. I was extremely grateful to have this efficiently done in my home and the sofa looks great. I am also in the process of using this service to replace wall to wall carpeting in a bedroom. Mr. Landry is knowledgeable and easy to work with. Thank you.

I had 3 couches and 3 chairs that were in need of either replacing or re-upholstering.  John Landry came to my house and assessed the quality of each of the pieces of furniture.  He recommended I replace 2 couches and 2 chairs because it wouldn't be worth it to re-upholster them.  And so he re-upholstered 1 couch and 1 chair and did a beautiful job.  I really appreciated his sincerity in assessing our furniture.  He could've just told me all pieces should be re-upholstered but he is honest and knowledegable and for that I trust him completely.
We have been doing business with John's company for the past several years.  He has also done window treatments and carpeting jobs for us and we have been equally impressed with his professionalism, quality workmanship, and attention to detail.  We would highly recommend John's company for any home decorating projects.

We had a free estimate and a good deal of help in selecting the best product for the job. A real plus was being able to select the products in our home. The installation was fast and professional, with helpful information concerning care and maintenance of the product.
