Karmin door was the first one to respond to our call, and showed up the same day. they found out that the we actually need a new opener. they came back 3 days later with all the right parts. The whole process went very smoothly. the technician was very professional and knowledgeable, and did a thorough inspection as well (he also fixed our misaligned sensor). very satisfied with the final results. the new motor was much quieter. would definitely use Karmin again.

I highly recommend them. I got a quote from another well known company who said that these doors no longer existed and proceeded to quote me for 2 brand new doors. I called Karmin for a second quote. He was very responsive, stopped by and said that he only needed to replace the top section. When the part came in (identical to the existing section), he installed the door section. He even checked the springs, lines, etc of both garage door openers and oiled them. I will definitely use them for future garage door work.

I am very pleased with the work performed by Karmin Door. Very professional in all aspects in dealing with this company from getting an estimate to installation . I would recommend this company. When ,Steve [Owner} arrived to give an estimate for the job, he had brochure's about products he would install. Other company's that gave estimates didn't .

I know all the garage door companies are rated and quot;Aand quot;, but Stephen was really the best. I've used 2 or 3 other companies to repair our automatic garage door over the years and he clearly knew exactly what to do. I totally recommend using Karmin Door over any other company in the area. I called and he came by within an hour, and repaired the door in 30 minutes that I had struggled to fix myself for several days. Totally worth it!!

Very well, they came soon after we called, gave us an estimate, and installed the doors when they said they would (the had to order the doors first). The doors work perfectly and look much nicer. They also cleaned up after themselves.

Service performed. 16' cable installed and 3' pulley installed. Oiled door and installed new eye bolt. Service and workmanship was outstanding! Response just doesn't get better than this! Recommend very highly.

Outstanding experience. After calling to report the problem, the response was the same day. Immediately diagnosed the problem and went straight to work. Took care to explain what was wrong and gave helpful tips on keeping the doors operating smoothly.

Because this was a special order due to the width, Karmin quoted about 3 weeks plus a few days because of the Memorial Day holiday. They were right on the button, called a couple of days in advance and said they would start at 7:30 am Friday. We cleared the garage and left it open and they arrived punctually at 7:30, completing the whole job in 2 hours. Very courteous, did not mind me taking some photos as they progressed. Professional, obvious they knew what they were doing. Could not have asked for a better crew.

During the night, one of the giant springs on our very heavy, double garage door broke in half. My husband called Karmin in the morning, they came right away to help him open the door and get a car out. Later, they came back with a spring and fixed the door and provided an estimate for replacing the door. The estimate was the most reasonable we received and we'll definitely call them back soon to replace the old, heavy, not energy efficient door. Would highly recommend.

My experinece with Karmin was great. On Christmas the spring on one side of the door snapped and we were unable to open the door. I called Karmin at 9:30 on Dec 26th for an estimate and time frame to get there. They told me they had the springs in stock and could be there that day. By noon the Karmin repair guy was on site and it he fixed the door within an hour. Great service, responsiviness, and price. I will call these guys back the next time I need help with my garage doors.

.Steve came right out after we called, gave us a very competitive quote for two oversized garage doors. The doors took three weeks to get, because of them being oversized, but it was worth the wait. Steve came out himself to install the doors, and it is obvious that he has done this for a long time, as the doors required some extra work due to our garage configuration. We were very impressed with the install, and Steve in general. We have built a new home from the ground up, and Karmin Door Company stands out as our best experience with contractors. In short, good price, prompt replies, great service.

Karmin responded immediately to my call and made it possible for me to use my garge door until he retuned the same day with the new parts. A storm was expected and he wanted to make sure I could get my vehicle safely into the garage before the arrival of the storm and he did!
He was genuinely concerned and treated me like family. I am definitely going to continue to use him in the future.
