John answered my initial email query with a phone call within an hour, came out the same week to look at what I needed done and give me an estimate, and arranged to come do the job on a date that was convenient for me. On the date of service he and his assistant were prompt, very pleasant to work with, and efficient, and the final price was actually slightly less than the estimate. Very pleased.

I wouldn't use this company if he came in to do the work for free. He was horrible. Apparently I live in a condominium and they give his name as one of the recommended electricians to use. I had another electrician because I had so many problems with him. I had another, neutral electrician come in to look at the work he did, and he said that I should report him to the Mass Board of Electricians because he left the job hazardous. He left wires, some which he should've tied off. And he left some live. I wouldn't let him in my house again. And I wouldn't recommend anybody to use him. Especially when he's trying to rip people off for a $700.00 bill when it's like a $100.00 job.

John was great; he and his associate arrived right on time and were both extremely professional. The work was completed in one day, as promised, and it looks great. They cleaned up after themselves and he will be coming back to install under-cabinet lighting as well (not part of original quote). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my friends.

John was great; called back right away, came by on time to do the estimate, then showed up exactly on time to do the work. His price is average, however, his punctuality, communication skills and nice personality make him great to work with. We will definitely hire him again.

John was great. We were able to schedule the work quickly. He came just when he said he would and did a great job, even fixing an additional outlet we hadn't realized was a problem. His price was also extremely reasonable, and he took extra care to clean up the spaces. I would definitely recommend him.

John arrived right on time. I had several tasks I needed him to do, and as soon as I finished explaining the first one, he had his assistant start on it while I showed him the other things, so to be as efficient as possible. John and his assistant worked very diligently, but kept me appraised of everything that was going on. They were very attentive to the details I provided, and even gave me some advice, that I ignored, and regretted later (CFLs and dimmer switcher == flicker). Next time I'll listen. I enjoyed John's company and would highly recommend him to others. Also, ask him questions -- he's a gold mine of information.

He showed up exactly when he says he's going to. he was just wonderful. He also had to order two of the detectors, and had another guy come and help with the installation

He is fabulous! The most honest man I've met who tells you upfront he charges $85 per hour (frequently that includes 1-2 extra men to help him) and makes no profit on the supplies giving you their exact cost to him. Despite the birth of his second child during our job, he was in touch and very reliable. He's personable, reliable, does great work and I will definitely call him again.

He and his crew worked fast and professionally. He stuck to his estimate and was friendly and very, very neat!

THEY ALSO TOOK THEIR SHOES OFF AT THE FRONT DOOR SO THEY WOULDN'T TRACK DIRT THROUGH THE HOUSE, PUT DOWN DROP CLOTHS IN THEIR WORK AREA, AND SWEPT UP AFTER THEIR WORK WAS DONE! I'VE ALREADY BOOKED HIM FOR ANOTHER, LARGER JOB.

JOHN SHOWED UP ON TIME AND ON THE DAY THAT HE SAID HE WOULD. HE AND HIS EMPLOYEE WERE VERY POLITE, FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. THEY COMPLETED THE JOB THAT THEY WERE HIRED FOR AND CLEANED UP ANY MESS. IT WAS A PLEASURE TO HAVE SUCH A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY TO COMPLETE THIS JOB. I WOULD HIRE THIS COMPANY TO DO ANY OTHER ELECTRICAL WORK THAT I HAD, AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

HE IS A RECENT GRADUATE, AND HAS STARTED HIS OWN ELECTRICAL COMPANY. HE IS LICENSED. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.
