The service man arrived on time and was a hard worker and personable as well. The overall results are beautiful and he cleaned up any mess that was made completely. I would recommend Ideal Tile as reliable and fair.

John came on a Saturday morning & gave me an estimate for the living room & hallway. The following Wednesday they arrived on time, were very efficient & quick, and cleaned up after themselves. They removed the wall to wall carpet & then installed the wood floor. John suggested also doing the dining room. I agreed to this after he agreed to move a breakfront. John also agreed to pick up the extra wood & drop it off at my home on a Sunday. They put the leftover wood neatly back in a box & carried it down to my garage. He was very willing to work around my work schedule. I was very pleased with the finished result.
