Description of Work: We have used them before in another home - A+ work. They are a farther and son business that is very attentive to detail. Job: Sanded, stained 100+ year old oak floor in a 14'x14' bed room and walk in closet. This was a multi-day job between sanding, stain and finish coats. After the first day, they were in and out each day. You will need to be flexible with time on the in and out days since they are working multiple jobs. | |They are profession, clean and return calls.
