Amazing. I phoned Jerry. He listened to me and then proceeded to tell me that I did not need his services at this time. He spent time to explain why and how I should proceed with my plan. He was detailed, thoughtful, easy to understand and even told me to call him if I needed follow-uo information. This is a special man, I would hire him in a minute.

Was very professional and punctual and provided the appraisal prior to the date he committed. However, I asked for two appraisals on two separate properties and I didn’t agree with one of them. When questioned Mr Manfra provided a cursory response and despite at least two other emails with questions and comments - he never replied or in anyway followed up with me. The info provided in support was essentially the same I could have received for free from either Zillow or a real estate agent.

The appraisal report was delivered early. The report was completed in great detail including a narrative, methods, assumptions, comps, etc. A concise and functional document which served our purposes perfectly.

I called Jerry to ask about a prospective land purchase. He was extremely helpful, provided me with a great education on the

factors involved, and seemed very knowledgeable. His evaluation in our phone discussion was very thorough, backing up his statement with lots of evidence. Since the land purchase would not add too much value to my home, he thought it would not be advisable to make use of his formal assessor services. It's clear that Jerry is an honest professional! Add to that, the fact that I received all the information I needed, and I would highly recommend him if you need property assessment.

I called and Mr. Gentile called me back in a timely manner. I got an appointment for the next week. We needed an appraisal of a 2 family house that was being inherited by brother and me. Mr. Gentile was on time and went through the house and asked questions. He also gave us some tips on what we should fix and not fix when the time came to sell the house. He also sent us a very detailed appraisal in a timely manner. I would recommend him anyone in the area. Also, the price seemed fair.

Mike arrived at the appointed time, reviewed each room, 1st and 2nd floor, basement, furnaces etc. took pictures and prepared a written report within 2 days.

Appraiser was prompt, professional and thorough.   He collected the information he needed in under 30 minutes and had my appraisal completed and in my hands in a week.   I was extremely satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Mike Gentile of Ace Appraisal had arrived before the time of appointment and had already begun examining the exterior of the property by the time I arrived. He conducted a thorough examination of the exterior and interior of the property and submitted a comprehensive 19 page report. He also discussed the real estate market of the area and and impressed me as very knowledgeable about property marketing.

He was very honest from the beginning and would only agree to do the appraisal once he had explained the other options for determining a sales price and was sure that we knew that an appraisal was the way we wanted to go.  Once he had engaged to do the appraisal, he was very quick and thorough.  Would definitely use Ace Appraisal  again.  Very impressed with his honesty and professionalism.

Spent some time initially setting up the appointment due to a vacation I had planned but they arrived on time without any issues, again, overall great experience.
