+ -1 moreI think they spend way too much time on repairs and they charge way too much not to solve the problem flawlessly. Thinking about buying a USA made machine from a local Snapper dealer so I won't have to deal with having so much down time only to find that my mower still eats belts and the deck cannot be properly adjusted.
Description of Work: I own a Craftsman lawn mower and had it serviced a few times at this retailer. The past couple of times, it was regarding the machine "eating belts." Not sure of exact date, as my f-i-l dealt with the co.
