I was a 1st-time Home Buyer and the process was stressful at first to say the least. David showed me dozens and dozens of homes, put in multiple offers on properties,  we worked together to figure out how much places would cost to repair, and ultimately helped me negotiate a great price for my new home. He is knowledgable with all aspects of the buying process and even further he knows construction costs and insight into repairs needed to older proeprties.  I am 100% satisifed working with David and his team. I plan to sell in a few years and will no doubt have David list my home and help me with the purchase of my next home.

He was unbelievable. He does not own an office. His determination and positive attitude stood out. He paid attention to detail. For listing, selling and buying a home, he is the most high tech guy I have ever met. He is Internet savvy. I would use him again.
