"Hi, You contacted me for a painting estimate, which i did. I came to your home before the job and told you that everything you wanted to paint I couldn't do within 3 hs with 2 painters. I gave you the price to do the remaining work, which you approved. On the day of the job you asked to paint extra areas, which I explained to you wasn't possible due to lack of time and because it wasn't on the price estimate I gave you. Unfortunately to run I business I need to charge my regular rate...I have people working for me as I have legal obligations such as insurance, works comp, tax, and more... However I apologize for any misunderstanding, and I will make sure in the future all clients have a written estimate to avoid miscommunication like that. Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback as we continuously try to offer a great service for our clients."

It was fortunate that he was able to paint the part of my ceiling that got water damaged, and didn't have to continue down through my kitchen and hallway. He used a product that made it unnecessary to do the whole ceiling.

Claudio was great - very responsive to all e-mails and calls. He showed up right on time. His team did a great job with the painting, properly covered my belongings and floor, and did a good job cleaning up.
I would definitely recommend him - I am considering hiring him again to do another room.

I had a very good experience with CWC painting. Claudio was very prompt and professional, and offered the best price of any other painters I talked to by far, even accounting for the fact that I provided the paint. The job itself was well done. My only complaints are that they painted around the light switch plates, so that there is a rectangular grain around them and the clean-up was not that great. These were minor inconveniences, and overall the service provided was excellent. I would definitely use them again.
