Claudio and his team are fantastic. They were here right at 8:00am sharp and ready to go. They put two coats on in each room, and of course removed electrical plates and covered up furniture. These guys are pros -- no drips, spills and they didn't need blue tape. It's amazing -- they were able to get it done between two guys in four hours.
Let me say this -- I've done a lot of interior painting. It is a complete pain. I was HAPPY to pay these guys to do the work. Great deal ($199 for six hours of work, plus an extra hour for two people hence the higher price), wonderful outcome. We couldn't be happier.

The job started off fine. I paid for an additional hour to have the project completed. When I looked at the walls I was shocked to see several areas with huge white streaks going through it. Instead of fixing his mistake, he blamed it one one paint coating. Although the larger sections of the walls were completely painted. He then tried to charge me an additional 300 to do another cost of paint. This was the most in professional paint job I have ever had. I cantankerous pictures and show you the shorty work of two painters for four hours and my walks at the ceiling and edges all have big white spots.
As you can see how professional this poor painter is. Money was never the issue. He was begging us for an additional job with floors we needed. If you select him expect a poor job and an un honest response. You better work real h****** your next job because now customers will see you for who you really area. A lousy painter.

"Hi, it will sound very unprofessional what I will say, but this client didn't have money to complete the job and she requested 1 coat of paint on walls because she wanted to paint as much as possible within 3 hrs of an Angie's List deal she purchased, which i explained this is not the right way to do it...of course 1 coat doesn't cover...so it's interesting how easy is to blame others for a mistake when you don't actually have the funds to pay for a service. You just forgot to mention I did paint the ceilings too (I guess that was right, right?) Do a favor please for the sake of the contractors here, please if you don't have money to hire someone to do a job, don't ask them to come to your house to do half of it and then blame them for not looking good!"

I reached out to a number of people for a number of quotes. I scheduled my life around them and some didn't even bother showing up or calling to cancel. Although I ended up going with a family friend CWC painting and specifically Claudio was great. He drove an hour to give us a quote that was very reasonable. His enthusiasm for painting is incomparable. I love his energy to help us. If it wasn't for a family connection he would be my first call. Do yourself a favor and at least call him for a quote.

"Hi, thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience. Although I'm sorry you felt discouraged, I explained very well at the day of the job that your walls had a great deal of preparation to be done. I also explained what a professional preparation would look like, and if you wanted that would take time (more time than the deal would provide). Unfortunately, to run a business we need to charge for the extra time we need to work. Just explaining one more time, the correct way to prepare a wall is caulk all gaps, closing holes, cracks, after you need to sand and spot prime (sand until is all smooth and you can see the difference between the wall and compound anymore). To do all this takes time... Painting is the easiest part, but before a painter can even paint we need to do all those things, specially when we have to redo a previous painter's job not done correctly. I stand behind my team 100%, and we did what we were supposed to do within the time you bought to do the work."

I used one of their deals ($199 for 6 hours - 2 painters at 3 hours) and paid for additional time because 3 hours was not enough time for them to do all the necessary prep work and two coats on the stairwell and trim. I expected this going in and was happy to negotiate for the extra amount to get the job done right by the professionals.
Two months later, we're still happy with the results.

Claudio was fantastic to work with. He communicated quickly, confirmed the visit, and worked incredibly diligently while here. He was incredibly thoughtful of our house and asked questions to make sure he was doing just what we wanted. We had a great experience with him and wouldn't hesitate to sure him again!

We purchased a Big Deal for painting and Claudia emailed immediately after the purchase to schedule. The day before our appointment, Claudio emailed to confirm and sure enough, he arrived promptly at 8am ready to begin. We had moved away the large items of furniture and gave him a list of priorities for areas we wanted painted (kitchen ceiling, hallway and entry area, and a bathroom). Claudia and his assistant covered the entire area and worked continuously without stopping once. Their work was impeccable! They primed and spot-treated a stain on our ceiling and now you can't even tell it was there at all.
Due to the time limitations, they were not able to get to the bathroom - which we had tacked on as a "maybe", so we will definitely have them back another time. They cleaned up meticulously when they left and if it weren't for the smell of the paint, you wouldn't have even known they were there.

I would highly recommend Claudio. He was professional, courteous, punctual and above all did a wonderful job. There was a slight VERY minor spot that you could see the prior color of paint. He came by immediately and touched it up. Wonderful!
