Unlike other AV companies, we offer computer repair and networking deployment and repair.

It did not go well at all. It was basically the attitude of the owner that was very bad overall. Had to always have the last word. Provided confusing and conflicting information more than once. Attempted to over charge and over sell what was needed. Sent out repeated condescending emails. He was always right and we were always wrong. Sold a major piece of equipment that he claims was perfectly fine and that it was me that didn't understand how to properly trouble shoot and use it. After months of troubleshooting, the manufacturer determined the equipment that Cutting Edge sold me, was defective and needed replacing. I had to incur over $150 in shipping costs back to the manufacturer to send the equipment back. The owner was did not dress appropriately as well. Ever. Very sloppy appearance. Basically dressed like a slob all the time. Overall, the cost we incurred was over $5K. Very unpleasant experience and I would definitely not recommend using this person and company for anything they are offering.
