Very happy with service. Workers were clean and neat, job was performed within estimated time frame and estimated cost.

Do NOT hire, they do NOT stand behind their work. Our condo hired them to redo our decks less than a year later more than half the paint has peeled away and it looks terrible. They refuse to stand behind their work and 2 year guarantee because of "weather wear" which is ridiculous this is New England it rains and snows, deck paint is designed to last through it. If they'd applied it correctly this wouldn't be an issue.

We are very pleased with CertaPro and happy to give them an A+ rating for their outstanding service and quality of work.  Our intent was to have three quotes to choose from.  We rejected the first quote for to many reasons to list.  We cancelled the third meeting for a quote, because after dealing with CertaPro from the first phone call with Carol we made up our minds. 

Carol explained the model for their business and was very accommodating in scheduling the meeting with Kevin to get the quote. Our meeting for the quote was scheduled for Friday October 16th. 

Kevin called 5 minutes before arriving which was very thoughtful.  He also provided us with a comprehensive brochure outlining CertaPro services.  After taking pictures and notes for the job, Kevin promised the quote within 24 hours.  The quote arrived as promised on Saturday, October 17th with the offer to take a call on Sunday if needed.  We chatted on the following Monday and worked through a couple of questions.

The crew came by the house on Tuesday to take a look at the job and to our surprise we also ready to get the job started.  The job was finished on Thursday, October 23rd.  We did a walk-around and signed-off on the job.

We had hired someone else and were left with our living room walls nearly pulverized and other painting was sloppy and careless. CertaPro stepped in. Promised a timely and professional job. I had a very positive experience with this company. I called the 800 number and the franchise owner in my area called me back with ten minutes and he scheduled an estimate at a time convenient to me. He arrived on time and was professional. He had a portable computer with him that allowed him to print out a quote in the moment. He quoted us $3,100 which was rather steep but said it could be done in a day. We chose a painter with a lower quote and higher Angie's List rating, but we believed he would have delivered a quality job. After not hearing from us, he called and followed up and implied he would have lowered his asking price but we had already agreed to contract with another provider.
