As soon as I walked through the door, I was impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the retail space. There is a wide range of products from spas to pools. The pools are displayed outside, and the spas inside. There are also very nice lawn and garden type products. The first step is going to the central desk to speak with an expert on the products. We spoke at length with Rob who has total mastery of their line of pools. The clear explanation of the construction and materials was helpful and fostered confidence that we were not getting a pitch, but more of an education from a professional. We had his full attention and didn't feel at all rushed. After asking about what we were trying to achieve and the limits of space and budget, which I thought was a smart way to build rapport, he walked us through the details of the optimal pool, filter, etc. He gave us an overview on maintenance which was helpful because we were concerned about having the time for up-keep. After the purchase, the communication on delivery was excellent, and the person who delivered was very pleasant.
We bought a great package that included a solar cover - which made a great difference throughout the year, and an automatic vacuum. We were given a couple of names of installers and made arrangements. The installer was out within a week or so, and our kids were in the water before Memorial Day weekend!
At any point, you can walk in with a water sample for a test. Then, you go through the results with one of the technicians who interprets the results and clearly guides you through any steps you need to take to adjust any water variables. You can also pick up the phone if you have a quick question and someone will always be there to take the call and provide the insights you were seeking.
Overall, this is a model of how to run a business from A to Z. The products are high quality, the service is superb, and you end up developing a friendly and familiar relationship with the staff.

They always have many technicians in the store to explain things like me who have never owned a pool before to know about the technicalities. They were very helpful. They recommend companies that can install the pool. They always have sales for odd seasons. I will be going back there in March to find out how to open the pool for summer.
