Our roof had a lot of moss on the north side. I was planning to have the house painted so I wanted the roof cleaned first. The first estimate included also included the house itself but the painters included this in their estimate as well and it was a lot lower. The Atlantic representative really pressured me on the phone to pay the extra $600 to pressure wash the house explaining that their hot water wash was far superior. Had it not been for that exchange I would have given them higher marks.
I thought they did a really nice job on the roof and gutters but the deck was average and certainly nothing special considering that it was a hot water wash. Glad I didn't pay them to do the house.
