I am a realtor and needed some old sinks removed from a home my buyers had purchased. I connected to Andrew (Breezy Junk Removal) from HomeAdvisor. I never met Andrew, but he and I had several conversations prior to his work. He always answered calls - follow-up with excellent! We worked out a time, details of project etc. He was there when he said he would be - basement was cleaned. My buyers were happy and he is very professional. His company is also licensed as an LLC - so he does accept credit cards - which I needed. I have no problem recommending him to anyone in the area looking for Waste Removal.

Mr Sebring came to the house within hours of my posting the job. We agreed on a very reasonable price, and he agreed to return the same evening or the next morning to do the work. He called later and said he could not come in the evening, but would come the next day. He arrived at 6:30 am on Sunday (!) and the job was finished at by 8:30! I never even woke up; my husband paid him and that was that! An extraordinary experience!

Did what was asked, entire fence was removed and nothing left to clean up! Ding a point on CS - would appreciate a heads up if required cash up front or did not want to be paid via check as my wife had a hard time dealing with the back and forth during the day of the job.

"I was paid via check. I even drove back to their residence to bring them change because the dump costs were not as much as anticipated. I only wanted to be able to cash the check from a local bank so I could bring them change in a timely manner."

Mr Sebring returned my call promptly, gave me an estimate right over the phone and arrived on time to complete the job. He fixed all the problems in my deck & made sure it was secure. I will definitely recommend him and call him again for any carpentry jobs.
