I had my floors cleaned and refinished 5/17/13 and had an issue with how they looked streaked and cloudy and had contacted Patricia about the issue and she said she would come back and redo.  Work was on 5/17/13 and she finally made it out 7/6/13 and did redo my floors and they look better but being that it took 7 weeks to do it, I wouldn't use her again.  Felt it was unprofessional to take that long and don't feel the issue was addressed when it should have been.

The floors are an awful mess now! They are streaked, and look dusty & cloudy. She came back out and looked at the floors, and said she'd call me back the next day to set up a time to fix the problem. However, I never heard from her, so I have called her and called her and still haven't heard back from her. She won't even answer the phone when I call.

She is excellent and very reasonable. There were two girls, and I paid $25 per hour. They moved furniture and did a lot of work. The girls worked hard. She is licensed and insured. I like that she does such a good job.
