Tree Service
Jay was prompt with a return call to the message I left and was able to put me on his schedule very quickly. He arrived at the time we had set up and performed the work quickly and professionally. It should be stated that the original work he did was fine and this was additional work for which we expected to be charged. Despite offering to pay for the work, Jay refused to take any money.
Interestingly I had Jay's card on my desk at work and a co-worker happened to see it. It turns out Jay had done some work at his house as well as a subcontractor to a tree service company. He also was impressed with Jay and the service he provided and has recommended him to his brother for some work.
Jay runs his company in an old fashioned way where he gives great service at a very fair price and then stands behind the work he does (even when his original work was excellent to begin with). I'd recommend him to friends and family.
