The two men from Bartlett's put a rope around the upper part of the tree. One of them pulled on the rope while the other cut the tree near the base, bringing the tree down in a controlled fashion. I took care of the disposal, although I had them cut up the limbs so that the main trunk was resting on the ground. They were done in about half an hour.

They are knowledgeable. The service is excellent. They are very professional, properly trained, and a little extensive--you get what you pay for.

They left a stump that they shouldn't have left, and I had to make a second call in regards to an issue with them. Overall, they clean up my yard, but for the price, I shouldn't have had the other issues. I will say, they were able to save a few of my trees, which I appreciated.
