There were some stains he was not able to get out. He was very nice and professional and otherwise did a great job.

It was fine. We had some issues that were unusual I think but they did a reasonable job. I wasn't thrilled with it but they came and took care of it and it was fine. They actually went over one area on their own because they didn't clean up as well the first time. They were a little responsive to what they were doing. There were some stains or a pathway almost that was pretty obvious and my husband had all sinus and it was due to his constant walking from the garage through the house and it left some long term stains which I haven't had the rugs cleaned since then because we've had other issues with the house and they looked fine but they had to work at getting it better. They were fine with responsiveness and I think any difference in what the time-frame was on my part and they accommodated me.

George cleaned and deodorized the heavily soiled and musty-smelling carpets in my newly purchased home. Not only do they look new but the odor is completely gone - not a trace of odor left. My wife and I are extremely pleased!

The initial call to me after I purchased the service through Angie's List was a little awkward, in that the caller hadn't bothered to look up what I had purchased and where. We set an appointment for 6/17 @ 11AM. By 11:55 I was looking up the phone # to see if he had forgotten. That's when he arrived. From then on, I must say that he was polite, went right about his business (as soon as my cat would let him) and finished within 2 hours. His equipment was unusually quiet, which was nice as I work from home and wasn't looking forward to a racket. My carpets are still drying, but the stains are gone and the pile has been lifted and everything smells fresh, which was what I was looking for.
In short, aside from being an hour late, which could have been mitigated by a quick call to apologize for running late, this was a good experience. And my cat liked him, which he will attest to is not that big a deal because Marshmellow is the friendliest cat on the planet. They hung out together the whole time.

Yours was very inquisitive and didn't mind my equipment one bit. As for the timing of my arrival I am sorry for the misunderstanding. This carpet cleaning may be the best I have yet to get. George (the owner) was extremely knowledgeable, articulate, and willing to share tips for taking stains out of our carpet. He did a thorough job on a very dirty carpet, and was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I purchased his service via Groupon, but would happily pay full price to get the job done as well as he did it. Cudos to a small business that is worth its salt! Thanks, George, for a job well done.
