Electrical Service
Horrible service tonight!! We had an emergency to replace a water heater and the electrical department went home early!! So, we waited over 15 minutes for a so called manager to show up. She said is he all set to him (regarding my husband) and I asked and he said I guess so... frustrated that no one was around. She said.. ok and walked away. I took a picture of several employees at the front door standing around doing absolutely nothing while we struggle to find what we needed. What a disgrace!! We ended up spending over $700 this trip! We will be rethinking using home depot in the future for anything!!!!! You need to hire valuable employees that care about your customers!!

Countertop and Backsplash Service
We did not use them. Unfortunately, the service assistant was new and did not appear sure if herself. There was no one who could help her. In addition, the price quoted was extremely high. We ended up getting the work done at one if your recommendations for a little more than half the price. It was not a good experience. I like ?Home Depot for many things, but would not go back for counter tops again.

My windows were excellent, the price was good. There was an issuse they gave me the wrong windows, it took a long time to get back to me.

Door Service
They came out and replaced our front door. It is a modular home so they had to custom make the door frame. They had come before and measure everything out. They used a nice piece of wood stock for the frame because it matched our floors. It came out really nice. It looks like it was built with the house.
