"Regal Seal performed this driveway sealcoat twice and both times the job was done correctly. This is an issue of the customer not understanding the asphalt products and what they do. The driveway cracks were filled 100% and the driveway was sealcoated properly. The area in question is a rough/bumpy area in his driveway (see photo). This area has no open cracks and cannot be filled with crack filler. Sealing a driveway simply puts a thin coat of sealer on the asphalt to protect it from spills and the environment. It does not alter texture, dips, bumps etc. We tried to make this customer satisfied and even did his driveway a second time. He needs to take up this issue with the paving contractor that installed the driveway as to the issue in question not the company that sealed it. We are sorry we were not able to come to an understanding regarding this issue as we do stand by our quality of work 100%."
