This was the second time I've hired Deb to paint. She is very responsive to phone calls and all communications. She works with her partner, Ron, and from beginning to end they're very organized, efficient, clean and assure the end product is a beautiful job done. Each evening, they leave things clean and their equipment out of the way. They know the painting business well and for the days they have been at our home, have been very pleasant to have in the house as well, which is a nice extra in making the whole process enjoyable in addition to having an excellent end result.

Deb arrived on time. Set up for the job.

Cleaned, sanded, and sized the walls.
Wallpapered.
And cleaned up after the job was done.
I was very happy with everything!!

After receiving a several names from friends and the clerk at the store where I bought my wallpaper I made a shortlist comprised of those people/companies who kept coming up in recommendations. Deb was one of them and now I'm happy to say I know why. I made a few phone calls and got voicemails for everyone I called. Some never called back, Deb was the first of 4 that called back within a reasonable time frame. I asked for estimates based on what I could tell them over the phone 3 were the same including Deb's and 1 was almost twice as much as the others. This left me to choose from 3, I decided to go with Deb because of her responsiveness (when I called back about availability she again called back first) and ability to answer my questions in a friendly and professional manner, and as crazy as it may sound I just got an all round good gut feeling about hiring her. She arrived at my home at the time she said she would, she introduced herself, I showed her the room, and she got right to work. She worked efficiently and best of all meticulously. She was done before I knew it and the wallpaper looked great. I can't emphasize enough how happy I am with the quality of her work, I actually found it a bit difficult to find the seams in the wallpaper. When she was all packed up and ready to go I brought out the checkbook and mentioned the original estimate. I was pleasantly surprised when she told me it would be less because it was less work than what she had anticipated base on our phone conversation. She explained how she did her pricing. It was literally an all around great experience from first contact until she left my home, and continues to be so whenever I go to bed and love the look of my wall. I have another project in mind for the future and will be happy to have her back.
