Electrical panel upgrade was delayed multiple times. Electrician stated he was waiting for "call back" from National Grid since May. I ended up calling National Grid and they reported he only called them once in mid-June. Electrical panel install appeared to be bigger job and take longer than he anticipated. He wanted full payment before he labeled the new panel. I withheld final payment until he came back and labeled the new panel. Also never cleaned up after himself (see pictures) He then walked off Part two of the job: wiring the new heating equipment for the HVAC contractor. We were extremely disappointed by these actions. Our heating system installation was delayed and we were forced to find our own electrician at three times the cost of Mr. McGarry's proposal.
Description of Work: Part One of job was Electrical panel upgrade from 100 to 200 amp as part of Mass Save oil to gas conversion project. Part Two of the job was all electrical wiring for new heat pump, gas fired boiler and air handler.
