We had a big hailstorm in our area in late 2010. This brought on a wave of roofing companies who wanted people to put on new roofs on their homes. The cost for this would be covered under the insurance policy, so everyone jumped on it. My neighbor recommended I jump on and call Pat from Central New england to do the roof.
After the roof was put on in the late fall, we had a big snowstorm. My neighbor and I noticed water stains on our ceiling because snow had gotten into the attic.
I tried to call Pat and I recieved no answer. Then I called the CNE main # and spoke to the owner. He proceeded to tell me that he had allowed a lot of subcontractors to use his company name to do all the work. So Pat and all the other folks that were using his company name had vanished. I found this to be shocking. He did show up to my house to see what had happened and his son went on the roof to take a look at the vent.
They proceeded to tell me that they could just paint over the ceiling. Then they left and I never heard from them again. I left a voicemail and again nothing.
I moved on and am never going to do business with this company. If they choose to lend their name to any joe schmo in the interest of piling on and making money, then they should at least stand behind their name when the people they lend it to screw up.

Central New England is a very responsive and professional company, but we would not recommend their gutter services based on our experience.
