Mr Lawrence is always reachable by his cellphone, and usually able to quickly swing by to either set his humane traps or to retreive the traps once they are ready to be removed. He is very professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to figure out what type of animal was trapped in our chimney, even though the animal wasn't visible, based on the sounds coming from the chimney.
