garbage collection
 + -1 moreOn multiple occasions my trash or recycling was not picked up, and when I called to complain, I was told I had the wrong week or my bins were not out in a timely manner. The final phone call before I cancelled service in June of 2013 involved me being told I was lucky I had only been paying for biweekly service even though they picked up weekly and that I had the wrong week for my biweekly recycling, even though it had been picked up on the "wrong" week a couple days prior to the phone call. Do NOT use these guys. They need to get their acts together. This is a company trying to do too many things at once, and isn't doing any of them well.
Description of Work: This provider picked up my recycling and trash for the past year.
