Resolved problem and handled another smaller problem as well. Replied immediately to my call for help. Arrived promptly and provided excellent service.

this is second review. how many times can you say well done.

Owner personally did installation of toilet, rebalancing and new shut off valves and clean up.

I left a message for Chris first thing on Monday morning; he called me back later the same day and was able to get me an appointment the following morning. Tony (the service man) arrived on time, and removed his shoes upon entering our home without me asking him to (so appreciated!). He had extra parts on his truck and was able to fix the problem quickly. He was kind, respectful, and a pleasure to have in our home. I will definitely have Holcomb Plumbing return to help us with any and all plumbing issues in the future!

I placed a call to Chris Holcomb on a Friday evening and by Monday morning (early) he returned my call by leaving a message on my cellphone, and an email message confirming that he would be able to come and do the work. I was only available one day and he made that work into his schedule. His workman arrived, removed his shoes once inside my house (this is a big deal for me...it shows respect and professionalism in my opinion!), went right to work, brought in his own vacuum cleaner and cleaned up thoroughly after himself. It was a pleasure having him perform work in my home. So far (since it's only been 5 days since the work was done) we are very pleased with the quality of his work.

They come once in every two or three months ago. They arrive on time. They do everything that they are supposed to do. They clean up and then they leave. They are absolutely wonderful. I have had them for years. They are absolutely punctual and professional. I am planning to call them again this week.

We bought the dryer from another company. Everything went excellent. I haven’t yet got the bill, but the plumber said that the price would be $225. It was a very good service. I was surprised that he was able to come back in the middle of the morning. My experience with them was excellent. I think all plumbers charge pretty high prices. They made two trips; one was to disconnect the gas dryer. Then they had to come back to reconnect and check the vent as well as to install the vent. The quality looks okay because we are still here and the gas didn’t kill us. Their professionalism was very good.

The entire experience went extremely well. From our first meeting with Chris when he advised us on the equipment that would be the best fit for our home & our budget to the day they finished the job...having tested everything & cleaned up.

There is no other Plummer to use,,,,,,,,,,,He is that great

We were very happy to call this am & have the work complete by 1pm, the same day!

He is just terrific. He shows up when he says he will. He knows what he is doing and gets the job done.
