He never once met a deadline, never returned calls, never provided us with information, held himself out as an engineer but he isn't, cost us big bucks by skipping meetings with the atty. to prepare for town board meetings and, eventually, trial, was vague and unfocused and unconvincing at these meetings, and when all was said and done left me with more bills to pay (like for the actual engineer), and has not responded to my request for a refund of the money he got from me. Contract says refund is due if project is not built (contract also includes language from Self-Reliance Corp on dispute resolution that he was told by them not to include). He resold the materials we paid for so he lost nothing, actually made a small profit by his own accounting. We lost over $45,000, counting legal fees. He won't respond to us, won't answer registered letters, and won't engage a mediator even though he said he would. I understand he has another judgment pending against him. Do NOT ever do business with this man.
