TIM GAINEY HOME IMPROVEMENTS

This man was absolutely the best, hands down. He was just wonderful and did great work. He did several jobs. There was nothing that I disliked about him. In the top three things that I like about it, number one it was quality. This man built outdoor stair which looked like it belonged to the house. It was just beautiful work. He was very good and very careful finishing details. Number two, he was very prompt and he showed up exactly when he said he was going to. He and his helper worked for several hours and did not leave until all the jobs were completed. Number three was professionalism. For example because of weather conditions he was not able to paint the replacement cell not because he was not able to paint it but because of weather conditions. He did not want to do it until the weather was more than enough for the paint to take and cure properly. So he took of the proportion of the bill that would have been involved in doing that because he did not fight to get paid for things until he completed them. This was the kind of thing I needed, it was absolutely wonderful. I shared his business cards to everybody I know. If he moves I would move too because I would not get a handyman like him.

Although it was more than I wanted to spend I quickly realized the lead played a major factor in the cost. He installed quality Andersen windows and was very meticulous in his detail. The trim work was perfect and it was left spotless. He also worked with the lead inspector to make sure everything passed. He is a very professional and detailed craftsman.

Tim came out and met with me to discuss the project. He was punctual and prompt. He talked with me about what he thought might be causing the problem and how he could fix it. He gave me a date he could come out and do the job. He arrived when he said he would and was very thorough and professional. He left the site clean and secure. He fixed the problem and called me to tell me what he did. He said he would go back and on another day to do a water test to make sure that the leak was fixed. Once he did, he emailed me that the leak was fixed and included an invoice, which promptly paid. I would hire Tim again anytime based on his professional service.
