I get service from them once every one or two weeks to fill up my propane tank.They now do the propane boiler if I need anything, which I haven't. They're competitive with every body else with the propane price, they just don't be everybody else with their propane price. On professionalism, when we started using the propane after we installed the boiler the bills were really high. I called them and I said look. I've been with you guys before we put in propane for the stove, dryer and the fire place, which was very minor usage. once, we get on with the heat the bill seemed to be higher than they said it would be.  I said to them, you need to come out and look at the system and see if there's something wrong and the guy is the service manager and he's will check on that. He called me back the next day and said listen I really want to apologize in your previous usage before you put in the propane heat you were what we call an occasional customer.There's a price range for propane when you are an occasional customer and we go out there to visit and very seldom. We should have changed you over to a regular customer when we install the boiler which cuts your propane price by more than half and we forgot to do that. So, I say it's great that they cut my propane price so much and they refunded everything I'd overpaid. That was fine, but indeed they should have done that on their own without me having to call them.
