THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SCARY BECAUSE HE WORKS FROM HIS HOME AND IT WAS OFF SEASON, SO HE WAS AVAILABLE ONLY ON THE WEEKENDS. THE WEBSITE ORDER PROCESS WAS SKETCHY AT BEST AND BECAUSE HE ONLY WORKS ON THE WEEKENDS, I DIDN'T HEAR BACK FROM HIM FOR FOUR DAYS. I DECIDED TO CALL HIM INSTEAD. I EXPLAINED THAT I NEEDED THESE DONE BY A CERTAIN DATE AND I ENDED UP RECEIVING THEM IN THE MAIL TWO DAYS EARLIER THAN EXPECTED. THE QUALITY AND CRAFTSMANSHIP WAS PERFECT!
