NorthStar was fantastic, they were there for everything, and came back multiple times for check ups on our equipment.

We had estimates from 2 companies, both close in price. We chose Northstar because they seemed most knowledgeable, passing this information on to us and giving us several choices based on our needs and requests. They took the time to go through the house with an engineer to determine what the best system would be and how best ot install it, explaining in detail what they thought and why. Their quote included several alternatives and their pros and cons. They also addressed 2 other problems we had been dealing with for 2 years and had gotten no real response. The hot water hearter was actually still under warranty and they saved us the cost of a new water heater. The other company came to the house, spent a little time and just sent us a quote without any explanation of their choice. Since the installation, we've experienced a few minor problems with the new unit which they addressed at all hours of the day within hours of our call. We intend to use them for annual servicing also since they have been so responsive to our needs.
