I can't emphasize enough the peace of mind that having Jon Clark on the scene give us. We are located approximately 2 hours from the house he manages for us - having Jon checking on things means we don't worry when there is a storm predicted. Jon'll email us updates on the conditions, the status of our house, and does things like raises the heat in the house so that when the power goes out, our house stays warmer, longer and the pipes don't freeze. He provides storm "follow ups" for FREE. That means, after the storm, he goes to the house to check on it, and doesn't charge us for that visit. He promptly reports damage via phone or email. It's amazing.
In addition to this routine service, though, Jon will do things like meet a delivery person at the house, let contractors in and out, and do handyman repairs. This means that the house can be managed and things can move forward despite my being 2 hours away and busy with work and an active family. If I had to drop everything and drive 4 hours round trip to do this . . . well, it'd be a nightmare. 
I hired Jon after reading great reviews on Angie's list on on the 'net. I haven't regretted it for a minute, and you won't either.

manager I have had the pleasure of working with.
Since hiring Jon, just over a year ago, he has saved me time
and money many times over. He responds swiftly and takes care of my issue as
quickly as is possible by fixing himself or with his extensive connection of
sub contractors. 
From the mundane of a broken dishwasher and installing a/c
units to what could have been a catastrophic broken pipe after a long hard
winter, Jon has kept my house safe from potential long term damage.
Not only does Jon send emails to all his clients about
pending and current storm conditions, he checks on the house, pre and post
storm. Recently, he pulled into my driveway to see a burst pipe after the thaw
of an extraordinarily harsh winter. He was quick to respond by shutting the
water off and getting a plumber in within 24 hours. This mishap could have cost
me many thousands of dollars, with the additional headache of working with an
insurance company, but instead I paid the cost of a new pipe with proper
wrapping. It also saved me potential lost rental revenues.
Jon ensures my house in inspected, ready for renters and
gives me peace of mind while 6 States away. I would encourage anyone looking
for a Management Company, whether local or as a seasonal homeowner to hire Jon
Clark.

Excellent excellent service. When I am far from home it is nice to have a service that is willing to go the extra mile to deal with any situation that occurs. Storms and such are not the worry they used to be because I know the inspections will be more frequent at no extra charge and any problems that arise will be taken care of. This company maintains excellent e-mail communications and alerts to let you know what is going on when the weather turns nasty. When I leave and forget to do something, one phone call and it gets done. Jon runs a property management company like you wish it was run. The pricing is excellent. For what they do, it is a bargain. This company deserves to do well. I have used property management firms / individuals for 20 years, so I have plenty to compare to.
