They are very helpful, they are very pleasant. I just enjoy going there. Their prices seem very good compared to others. They are perfectly willing to say you really need to go to a dealership to have that taken care of. They will say we could do but you could still be covered under the warranty.

I purchased a 2005 Tyota Sienna (used) from them. They were pleasant to deal with and no pressure to buy. They let me test drive any car on the lot by myself. They arranged for the sale of my old car. They are the first place I will go when I am ready to buy another car. They specialize in late model used cars, particularly Japanese models.
I have never gone to them for service, but I have friends that have, and they were very pleased.

They were very good and I was very happy with their service. I was able to drop the car off and they called me when it was ready. It was ready in a couple of hours. When I called them on Monday, they were able to take me on Tuesday; I didn't have to wait. The gentleman I dealt with, Keith, was very accommodating. They called me before they did the work so I knew what the cost was going to be and what needed to be done. I thought the price was fair. I absolutely would use them again.

I would recommend others to absolutely use them. They are the best service in town. I would not use anyone else except them for auto service.

Prompt response to phone call. Service began exactly on time and completed when promised. No problems, as usual with Nauset Auto, where we have had our cars serviced for over 10 years.

They are very honest and a good company to work with. They also sell used cars here and they will do all of the service on them too.

They are very trustworthy, professional, and highly trained. If work requires the dealer, they’ll tell you. They never recommend unnecessary work. Every employee is great, especially the owner. Their waiting is always clean, and they’ve always been responsive to my calls. I really, really value their service.

They have been very good so far. I have been taking my car to them regularly once every 12000 miles. They seemed very honest and were trying to please me. They gave an appointment basically when I needed it and did not place me on wait forever. They were not pricey. I used to go to another service provider who was terrible. They were a rip off and hence I left them. I once went to them to get my air conditioning checked out. They checked out and charged me $200. The charger in the system was blocking and so I went back to them. They charged me another $200 for analysing the problem the second time. They gave me an estimate of $1800 to do the job. They even took away the pop corn machine that upset my wife.
