To amend my previous review, I contracted with Cape COD Stoneworks on 7/12/22 after reviewing the plans with Tyler. The project had an estimated completion date of 9/10/23. I sent a number of requests for updates when the contractors didn?t show. Many of which were never responded to. On 12/11/23, I mailed a certified letter to the address listed on the contract advising I was terminating. It was returned as undeliverable.

We hired Tyler and his company to add a deck and â bump outâ addition to our garage. The work was supposed to be done in 2-3 months. We contracted with him in May and Fired him in November when the work was not even half done. He came up with every excuse imaginable for not getting the work done. It cost us another $3,000 to hire another contractor to finish the job. He may be a good stone mason but stay away from him if you have construction work!

I reached out to Cape Cod Stoneworks for an estimate for a major repair on my chimney and roof. Tyler responded immediately and was able to come out the next day to walk through the project and give me an estimate. He was then able to get me scheduled rather quickly. This was a great experience considering the Cape Code area and the difficulty of securing good contractors. The quality of the workmanship and customer service was outstanding and far outweighs the cost. The invoice also states that his work was good for life. He was extremely respectful of my home while doing the work, very neat, clean and you could not even tell he was there. Very knowledgeable and experienced in his field - I cannot say enough. I strongly recommend as Cape Cod Stoneworks is a true professional.
