Once he got here, Brian realized that the plumbing under the sink was not done correctly. He had to stop in the middle of the installation and go get parts. He then had to come back and install the new parts properly and put in the new kitchen sink. He only ended up charging me for additional parts. He really went out of his way to help us. I was very thankful for him! He truly was very professional, cleaned up after himself, and did a great job! The quality of the work was done exceptionally.
