Final job cost was very close to original quote. When they came out to give us a quote we were told when they would be able to start our job. The job was started at quoted time and completed in two days. They did a great job of cleaning up behind themselves. I have not been 100% happy with the quality of the windows, two of them developed issues with how they open and close but Patrick did come out immediately and fix it. So I would use them again.
They came out in September 2013 and gave us a quote for work on my enclosed porch. They called several weeks later to see if we were going to use them because they didn't want me to lose my time slot. When I told her we were going to do the work ourselves because of a change of income, she offered to get us the windows at cost for us. And while we didn't do that it just shows they're good people.
