A To Z Roofing

Spoke directly with the owner. He was responsive and explained the roof washing process in detail.  We had a black discoloration on our roof which was due to a build up of algae.  The soft wash process completely cleaned up the problem.  The work was completed on the committed date and the process and clean-up went as expected.  Overall a very nice job done and I would recommend them.

Zach (the owner) came out the same day we called him. He had just finished up a job and was available. I explained we were having water spots appearing in one of our bedrooms and felt it was time for new roof since the existing roof was the original.  He went up on the roof and examined it, took some measurements and told me he would send me an estimate. He also took the time to tell me what the problem was up on the roof and that he may have to replace more than 1 piece of plywood but he would have to wait until the roof was stirpped before he could say for sure.  There were shingles missing and a some were lifted. He felt that is was the cause of the problem along with the fact that the roof was just OLD (27 years).  Zach emailed me the estimate as well as refrences I asked for ( which by the way he was very willing  to give me).  I had 3 other contractors give me esitmates and each one was priced higher than the one before. None of them got on the roof. They estimated from the ground even after I told them I was getting water spots in one of my bedrooms. I called Zach after the last contractor had gone and asked him to do our roof.  I chose Zach because of the reasonable price he offered and his promise to stand by his work and warrenty. I also was very pleased by what his refrences had to say about him and his crew.  I had a hard time chosing a shingle color from the samples he brought,  he came by and we discussed the pros and cons of the colors and he helped me decide on my final selection.
His crew arrived Wednesday morning at about 7:45 am and they were gone without a trace by 4pm.  They covered the bushes and plants in the front of the house, they brought their own dumpster and there was not a shingle or a nail to be found after they left.
They were very nice and polite young men that worked very hard to do a FABULOUS job.  I am very happy with the color choice and would definatly would hire and recommend Zach and his crew.
