Lawn Irrigation
This fellow put in and maintained our irrigation system for about 5 years. We needed repairs on several sprinkler heads. He said someone would be by today at 11AM. At 1PM we called and asked where they were. He said they were busy. He took offense at the suggestion that he should have called to say his personnel would be delayed. When his employee showed up shortly thereafter, he (the owner) called him up and told him to leave without doing the work. When we called the owner, he said he was dropping us as customers.
