Peter Walsh  and his crew came recommeded by a friend of my neighbor. We chose him over the other contractors because his price couldn't be beat and he was available to do the work within 6 weeks. We had chimney renovated first by another contractor and then within a week Peter stopped by to show us samples of the roof tiles so we could pick the color. He answered all of our questions, arranged for a dumpster to be deposited on a driveway and left materials.
We initially got a little worried because the subcontractor he scheduled to help him with the work failed him and didn't show up as promised. For first couple of days work seemed to progress slowly. But upon learning we had hopes for the work to be finished within 5 days Peter arranged for a fantastic crew and did all of the work within a single day. It is important to mention this was at the top of summer with temperature reaching above 93F! On that same night all of the debris was picked up, roof was cleaned  and all of the gutters emptied from pieces of old crumbled tiles. Peter replaced all of the damaged wood that he found while doing the work. As promised all of our plants in the garden have been protected by domes of plywood he made ahead but unavoidably some damage happened. It was unreasonable to expect it wouldn't  as there was no other way to get to the roof in front of the house but the crew tried to do their best.
All through the process Peter was very responsive, extremely punctual and professional. We are very impressed with the service and very happy with the price also.
I'd recommend Peter Walsh without hesitation and use his services again.
