+ -1 moreThis place is a scam and the owner is very rude, racist and dishonest. I took my lawn mover for after the season maintenance, i paid a good price to get ready for next season 2018, this spring i want to do my first lawn cut and the mover did not work. I contact the owner and now he want another $92 to repair it, He started to yell at me and He said, “ I know how you people are” I am a gay latino guy. He never did the maintenance that i paid in December and now he want more money. I ended buying a new one. It is cheaper and i do not have to deal with bad dishonest racist peo

+ -1 moreUnit still did not start. Leaked gas. Although the company was listed as a qualified repair depot, he obviously did not have replacement parts for the unit as there was a small hole in the gas tank that should have been replaced. The whole job was obviously non-professional and expensive. I do not recommend this company.
Description of Work: Weedeater did not start. Left unit with company. Got a call within a week. Bill was about 80 dollars, which is the cost of a new unit.

+ -1 moreTHE MAN IS VERY BRUSK. IF HE FEELS HE KNOWS MORE THAN YOU, HE IS VERY ARROGANT, AND SARCASTIC. HE SEEMS TO HAVE A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE EVEN THOUGH HE KNOWS HIS BUSINESS WELL.

+ -1 moreI FOUND UNIVERSAL TO DO A VERY THOROUGH JOB. WHEN I PICKED UP MY SNOW BLOWER THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT THEY DID AND WHAT POTENTIAL PROBLEMS I MIGHT RUN INTO IN THE FUTURE. THEY ALSO CHECKED OVER THE WHOLE MACHINE WITHOUT ME EVEN ASKING.
Description of Work: I HAD UNIVERSAL TUNE UP AND ALSO DO AN OIL CHANGE ON MY SNOW BLOWER. THEY ALSO CHECKED IT OVER FOR ME.
