Horrible. Run don't walk away from this place. We purchased the granite form here, she provided the installation, and the place where we picked out the slab (who were really great). When they came to install the slab the guys showed up with only two men and my guys had to help with the install. It was cut wrong, and the sink which we provided, was cut even worse. The owner of the installation company was no reachable. then we noticed a hole in the sink! They had to take the slab back, we had to find a new sink, they had to remeasure, come back, reinstall. All this set us back about four weeks. In the end they (the installer) made good, but we ended up with a sink we didn't like and he had to come back a few times. But Tile City was of no use what so ever!!! We could't get her to answer the phone, she's never there. We showed up one day and the sign said back at 1:00, she never showed.
