The Wall Basement Waterproofing and Masonry

Dan and his team were fantastic in every way! High quality work, very friendly people, efficient, and even finished ahead of estimated timeline. They answered all of my questions and checked in with me at every step of the process. We are extremely happy with the end result of each project they did for us. First project was waterproofing our (very old) basement, which involved repointing walls and support columns, filling in all gaps/holes around windows, and redoing the entire floor. Next, they demolished a door into the basement and created a brand new bulkhead that will fit under our plans for a new deck. Finally, they repointed the entire foundation outside and put in underground drainage piping (akin to French drains but without the pump) all around our house to pull water away to dry wells, ensuring the basement will really stay dry. If I could give these guys more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! We had multiple quotes for this work, and theirs was the best in terms of price, timeline, and attention to detail. We are already planning another project with them because we are so happy with their work. 10/10 recommended Dan and his team for any job you throw at them. If they aren’t the experts for the job, they come with recommendations for other contractors, too!

Dan is great at communicating by text. He let me know each day when they would arrive and what would be done. When I had a question he would get back to me right away. Dan also took it upon himself to power wash my door leading into the basement and the side of a shed close by the staircase. I had considered getting a new door because the old one looked so awful, but it now looks almost like new. If I ever need any other masonry work done I want Dan and his crew to do it!

EA Masonry does top notch work and have done multiple jobs on my property, including replacing old stone stairs, installing a beautiful patio, and leveling/reseeding our backyard. When we needed our basement to be sealed, we knew exactly who to call. When we called them for an estimate, as usual, they were able to schedule us right away . Dan definitely has a passion for his craft, and it 's apparent by the work that he does. We have an old stone foundation which was crumbling that he sealed beautifully. We have not had any cracks or leaking through the job that they did. I would definitely recommend EA Masonry for all your mason and sealcoating/waterproofing needs!
