Staples - Norwood

After bringing my computer in for evaluation I was told it had a virus. I had Easy Tech remove the virus and update the anti virus software.They had me pay for the service in advance and I was told the process would take 48 hours to complete. 2 days had passed and no call from Easy Tech, so the next day I went in to get my computer and was told in wasn't ready due to a scan not completing after 3 attempts.I waited 2 more days and no call. i contacted them and was told it still wasn't ready, but was told by the manager(Jeison G.) that it would be by 5:00 pm that day. He left a message at 4:30, saying they were still working on it and it would be ready by closing time that day(9:pm). At 8:40pm I got the call and picked up my computer. At that point I complained to the Associate about the time it took to complete the work and asked him to have the Manager give me a call to explain why after promising a 48 hour turn around, it took over 100 hours to complete. It's been 3 days and no call back from the manager.
