They were outstanding. They were prompt, courteous and professional over the phone. They were able to diagnose over the phone what the problem with my plaza screen was, and gave me the estimate for repair. Their techs came out on time, were knowledgeable, prompt, professional and quickly repaired the problem. They went above and beyond moving and rearranging the wiring and positioning of some components to make the system more efficient. They spent a lot of time checking each component, so it is over all more functional. Later that afternoon I received a follow up call from the president of the company asking if I was satisfied with their services. I would highly recommended them.
