Bob was very prompt with the initial inspection, providing a quote, and doing the work. When it looked like a severe storm was imminent towards the end of our job, the crew spent all day Saturday finishing up before the storm. Our roof was completed in under a week (the estimate was 2-3 weeks). The firm's engineering expertise gave us comfort in hiring them because this was not a simple replacement (underlying structure had to be changed because we were going from wood to asphalt). They did not let us down. Our roof looks perfect. When we noticed a corner where the flashing seemed to be missing, they offered to come fix it for free (as they should).
