It was great and I really liked them. They were very open and honest with the pricing. They hauled the old one away for free and I was very impressed with the personable service from a local guy. I would highly recommend them and I am using them again shortly.

Their plumber delivered and installed the new dishwasher, in perfect conditioner, was very personable and even charged less than what I was quoted! Can't beat that! This is the 4th appliance we have ordered from them over the phone and everything was perfect!

Terrible. On delivery the installer broke the water supply line causing water damage to the ceiling below. Contacted Poirier sales agent and "customer service" was given the run around for several days stating that it was our fault the shutoff broke because the valves were 16 years old and needed to be replaced. This was after I had checked with the installer that he was comfortable to unscrew them himself and the old line came off easily but he badly cross-threaded the new water line which is what caused the leak. The store could not have need less helpful. Eventually they told me that they subcontracted the install out and that I would have to deal with their contractor myself. They had no interest in helping. Did get ahold of the install company and they did cover the cost of the repairs - but again no help from Poirier. Then the washer had a defect causing it to spin wildly out of control. Back to Poirier who again could not have been less interested in helping. Eventually tracked down a warranty number for GE myself and contacted them for help. Overall TERRIBLE basic custom care or support. I would say if they have something that you like, find another company to buy it from if you want any time of after sales support.

The door on our microwave wouldn't close. Don, the technician came out as scheduled and fixed the door quickly. About a year ago, our refrigerator leaked, turns out it was the valve for the water/ice maker. We had an aftermarket generalist fix it, but the water tasted awful. We lived with it until the microwave door broke, then asked Don from Poirier to take a look at the refrigerator and microwave. The aftermarket guy replaced the water valve but disconnected the water filter, so we were getting straight tap water. Don explained the issue, discussed cost effective alternatives and came up with a good solution. Don came back a week later and replaced the generic valve with the correct GE valve and spliced in new tubing to the filter. Everything works well now, we are very pleased with Don and with Poirier. Don was very professional and courteous, a nice guy. Lesson learned, don't go with cheap aftermarket workers, go for the professionals first, who know what they're doing, like Don and Poirier.

Excellent. Tyler, the tech., explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, what the result would be and asked what questions I had. Very professional. Tested everything in front of me and even swept up the dirt and debris under the stove!!
